How much is postage?

We offer free shipping on all retail orders over $100 within Australia.
For orders under $100, postage to retail customers within Australia is a flat rate of $12.00 per order.

International shipping to retail customers is a flat rate of $35.00 per order.

Wholesale orders are charged shipping at our cost price. We work closely with a range of courier companies to ensure we can deliver orders quickly and cost effectively. If you have a preferred courier you are welcome to arrange your own transport.

How long will it take to get my items?

Upon placing a retail order, items will be packed and posted within 5 to 10 business days.

How will my items be sent?

Retail orders: via Australia Post or a courier, both options provide tracking.

Wholesale orders: we work with several courier companies to ensure the most time- and cost-efficient shipping. You are welcome to arrange your own transport if you have preferred arrangements in place.
